What is the warranty period?

We offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.


What is covered by the warranty?

  • Broken springs.
  • Springs emerge from the layers of the mattress.
  • The mattress has fallen more than 3 cm.
  • The fuse at the mattress’s edges is damaged.
  • The mattress was damaged during the company’s transportation, loading, and unloading operations.

Items are not covered by warranty

  • Misuse or the use of inappropriate cleaning materials for bedding causes the fabric’s color to change.
  • It is never recommended to carry or transport the mattress using the cloth handles on either side, as this causes the handles to tear away from their original position. These knobs are only used to adjust and rotate the mattress on the bed.
  • Using the mattress for something other than its intended purpose, such as sitting in the same spot all the time and bending it, carrying it, or moving it incorrectly.
  • Using a bed that does not fit the mattress size results in a drop in the springs.
  • Damage is caused by liquid spills and moisture exposure.
  • Failure to follow the use instructions, which state that the mattress should be rotated every three months.
  • Storing bedding in inappropriate places.
  • Using inappropriate methods and materials to clean bedding, such as burning materials that damage fabrics.
  • Warranty benefits are not available unless the factory or one of our authorized distributors provides the official invoice.
