Custom size mattresses are the only right solution wherever standard sizes don’t fit. At our production facility in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, Sinyora Yatak makes mattresses in exactly the size you need for homes, hotels, furnished apartments, boat and yacht cabins, and your projects.
You choose more than the size: the spring system, firmness, foam layers, fabric and height are yours to decide too. Round and non-standard shapes included, single pieces or bulk orders — at manufacturer prices.

How to Measure Your Mattress Size
- Measure the inner size: Measure the inside of the bed frame or base where the mattress sits, edge to edge (not the outer size).
- Measure at two points: Width at the head and foot ends, length on the left and right sides; use the smaller value.
- Decide the height: Note the height you want relative to the headboard and the bed frame edge.
- Template for non-standard shapes: For round, chamfered or boat shapes, send the corner measurements or a photo of a cardboard template.
- Send it to us: Send the measurements and a photo via WhatsApp.

In the same size as your mattress, we make custom-size bases and headboards:
- 30×30 mm steel profile with 4 support profiles inside the lid
- 750 Newton gas lift with safety lock
- 12 legs, 12 cm high
- 8 mm side panels, oven-baked paint, recessed (non-slip) platform

What affects custom size mattress prices?
Price depends on size, shape, spring system, comfort layers, fabric and quantity. Non-standard shapes and extra layers affect the price. Send your measurements for an exact quote.
Can I order a single custom size mattress?
Yes. We make single mattresses for homes as well as bulk orders for hotels and projects.
Do you make round or boat mattresses?
Yes. We make round, oval, chamfered-corner and cabin-shaped mattresses. A template or the corner measurements are enough.
How long does a custom size mattress take?
Production time depends on size, construction and quantity; we confirm the exact delivery date with your quote.
Do you also make custom size bases and headboards?
Yes. We make bases with 30×30 mm steel profiles and 750 N gas lifts, plus headboards, in the same size as your mattress and deliver them together.
What if I measure incorrectly?
We check the measurements together before ordering. If you’re unsure, send photos and measurements and we’ll confirm the right size with you.
What are your production capacity and warranty?
Since 2014, our 700 m² factory in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul has been able to produce 500 mattresses, 500 bases and 500 headboards a month. For large projects we scale capacity with partner manufacturers while overseeing quality and delivery directly. All our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do shipping and delivery work?
Shipping is free within Istanbul; for other cities in Türkiye we cover half of the shipping cost. We are flexible on delivery times and export to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
