Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a worker mattress and a regular mattress?

Worker and site mattresses are designed for heavy, shift-based use, frequent moves and changing occupants: a durable inner structure, a light body and easy cleaning come first.

What determines construction-site mattress prices?

Price depends on the model, size, fabric, packaging type (standard or roll-pack) and order quantity. Unit prices drop on bulk orders.

Do you make mattresses to fit bunk beds?

Yes. Besides common bunk sizes such as 80×190, 90×190 and 90×200, we also make mattresses to fit your existing bunks exactly.

Which model do you recommend for hygiene?

For rooms with frequent occupant changes we recommend the mattress with a removable, washable zip cover; it carries a 2-year warranty.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We work at every scale, from small crews to camps of hundreds of people; unit prices improve as quantities grow.

What are your production capacity and warranty?

Since 2014, our 700 m² factory in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul has been able to produce 500 mattresses, 500 bases and 500 headboards a month. For large projects we scale capacity with partner manufacturers while overseeing quality and delivery directly. All our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Shipping is free within Istanbul; for other cities in Türkiye we cover half of the shipping cost. We are flexible on delivery times and export to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
